Snappin’ Bug performs music from The Bayard Collections – Southwestern Pennsylvanian fiddle and fife tunes and songs collected in the early 20th century and preserved by folklorist Samuel Preston Bayard and his collaborators.


They will be featuring music representing the fifers from these collections and tunes with strong ties to Ulster, brought to our region generations ago during the Scots-Irish migrations of the 18th and 19th centuries.
